Spaghetti Squash Chicken Alfredo

I made Spaghetti Squash for the first time last night, and it was delicious. Seeing a lot of my fitness peeps on Instagram post low carb, low cal and healthy food inspired me to finally make it.

It's so easy to make. Pierce Spaghetti Squash all over with a knife. Bake in the oven for 60-90 minutes. Once cooked, cut in half, spoon out the seeds. Fluff with a fork. The little strands looks like spaghetti. Treat it like regular spaghetti pasta and pair with any kind of sauces or meats you prefer.

I topped mine with creamy garlic Alfredo sauce with chicken. It was so good. Couldn't believe it was low carb. Next time, I'll try it with meat sauce.

This squash is such a fun and unique veg! I'd love to have this with tomato pasta sauce or in a soup!
