Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

I made Christmas cookies with a twist. It's the same Betty Crocker Rainbow cookie mix I used last time, but I added peanut butter. It was delicious and tasted even better. Sweet and a hint of saltiness. Yum!



I followed directions on the back of the packaging and added 1/2 cup of peanut butter.



Ate them with Eggnog...yum!

Christmas Cookies!


What would I do without Betty Corker's cookie mix? Just add butter and eggs, mix until it forms into dough, spoon on a baking sheet, bake and enjoy....EASY! I sprinkled red and green sugar on top to make them look Christmasy ^_^.





It's almost Christmas. I'm so excited!


Beck's Pigs in a Blanket


Made my own version of "pigs in a blanket" for our Sunday brunch...Maple Pork Sausage wrapped in Pancake like a baby in blanket. Cute noh? Kiko was impressed lol.

Pinoy BBQ Chicken Recipe!

This is in my top 10 favorite food. The marinade is what makes it so good and Pinoy! The main ingredient is banana ketchup, which you can buy at a Filipino market. It adds tang and sweetness to the dish. Trust me, it's good! It works very well with any meat, but I like it with Chicken the most.






ingredients for marinade
  • soy sauce
  • brown sugar
  • banana ketchup or tomato ketchup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • lemon juice
Steps:
  • Mix all the ingredients and pour it in the chicken and marinate over night.
  • Save excess marinade and make into sauce by heating in a sauce pan in slow heat for 15 minutes or so.
  • Grill or bake in the oven for 1 hour in 375 degrees.
  • Serve with steamed white rice.
