Weekend Korean BBQ!

I'm not much of a grill person, but I'm trying to get the hang of it. I feel like grilling cooks the food quicker and much more flavorful. I grilled some beef short ribs on Saturday. I bought the meat at a local Korean market. I marinated them over night in soy sauce, pineapple juice,  rice wine vinegar and sugar. They came out really delicious! 

We also had some Korean Rice Cakes. Those are the orange looking thing in the photo above. They are sticky and chewy in a spicy sauce.
