Boredom = Carrot Cupcakes!

This is the result of boredom...Carrot Cupcakes! Aren't they pretty?

I used Betty Crocker carrot cake mix and whipped butter cream icing. Thank goodness for Betty Crocker. She makes my life easier!

I used a fork to fluff the icing into tiny little peaks. That's cute, right?
