Dinner: Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Here's what I made for dinner the other night. I wanted to make deep fried chicken drumsticks, but we've been eating too much fattening food lately, so I chose to bake them instead to cut back on the fat.

I marinated the chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice for 20 minutes and baked in the oven covered with tin foil for 30 minutes (cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the meat). Then took off the foil and baked it again for another 20 minutes to crisp up the skin.
