Pineapple Chicken or "Pininyahang Manok" in Tagalog is what I had for dinner tonight. It my second all time favorite food (Spaghetti and Meat sauce is #1 of course), especially when my mom cooks it. She makes it creamy and sweet, just the way I like it.
It has chicken drumettes, wings, potatoes, green bell peppers and pineapple chunks in a creamy sauce.
Here is a cooking tutorial by PanlasangPinoy on how to make it. It's a bit different from my mom's recipe, but I'm sure it's just as good ^_^.
