I gotta say, I'm not expert on grilling, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I grilled some steak over the weekend and it came out pretty darn good!!! I marinated the meat over night with soy sauce and tequila lime dressing from Fresh and Easy and grilled it to a medium well. I like my steak a little pink. I also made some baked mashed potatoes to go with it. I baked a couple of Idaho potatoes for an hour, peeled off the skin, mashed it, added hot milk and butter and shredded cheese. It was the perfect side dish to go with the steak.
