I made a small batch of Chimuchurri, an Argentinian sauce/condiment again! I just love it. It's great with anything, super easy to make and I can store it in the fridge for a couple of days and use it whenever I need it. My chimichurri has parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil and vinegar. I use it a lot as marinade for meats, dipping sauce for bread or as a flavor booster for my steak and eggs. You know you want it!
