I made Ground Beef and Spinach Rigatoni using my Barilla spaghetti sauce and Rigatoni dry pasta for dinner. It's so simple, fast and delicious!
1. 1/2 lb or Barilla Rigatoni
2. 1/2 a jar of Barilla Napoletana spaghetti sauce
3. ground beef
4. fresh spinach
5. minced garlic
6. chopped onions
7. dollop of sour cream
8. parmesan cheese
- Boil water and add salt. Cook the dry pasta according to package instructions.
-Saute garlic, onions. Once the onions become translucent, add ground beef and cook all the way through. Add salt and pepper.
-Add spaghetti sauce. Mix.
-Add a bunch of fresh spinach. It's up to you how much you want to put.
-Add cooked rigatoni. Mix.
-Add a dollop of sour cream
-Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and serve!
