Dinner: Turkey Patty with Mushroom Gravy on a Bed of Rice

This is what I made using the last 4 turkey burger patties I had in the freezer. I didn't have any burger buns, so I decided to cook it in the pan and mixed with a can of cream of mushrooms, carrots and parsley. The cream of mushroom turned into a really delicious gravy that made the turkey patty really soft and moist. It's so delicious on a bed of rice.

You're so creative!!! =) I would have never thought of using cream of mushroom. Sounds good!
