I was really surprised when Kiko asked me if we could eat at The Galleria again! He never cares where we eat, so asking me if we could eat at the same place we've been before is crazy! LOL. If you remember, I blogged about coming here last month. Read it HERE. The Galleria is a Korean Shopping Mall with an awesome Food Court. I knew he liked it ^_^
Last time, I got the Shrimp Fried Rice with Mayo. Gahhh...so Bomb! I almost got the same thing, but knowing myself, I wanted to try something different. I ordered a huge bowl of Bibimbap. This is my first time having it. I've heard of this dish before, but never tried it. It has cooked seasoned ground beef, corn, sauteed veggies, raw cabbage and egg in the middle. Then, you pour some type of chili sauce then mix them all together. I really like how this dish was presented. It's almost too pretty to eat...Almost!
And tell me why Kiko got the same thing like last time? lol. I swear, he's so predictable when it comes to food lol. Always keeping it safe lol.
Kiko didn't think I was going to finish it. It just looks like a lot because of the huge bowl, but it's not. Oh and I forgot to take a photo of our boba drinks. I had Almond Milk Tea with Boba while Kiko had Mocha Smoothie with Boba...just like last time lol.

It was like a weird cold salad lol. It's definitely nothing I've ever had before. But I liked it. I liked it a lot. It was quite refreshing.
It was served with a side of brown rice, miso soup and a few banchan.
I love all the different colors that makes it more appetizing.
