It's that time again to cut back on the fattening food and watch what I eat. My wedding is 2 months away so I gotta make sure I fit the dress right? Oh and don't mind my last post on a buffet brunch. It was a loooong time ago. For the past week, I've been eating less carbs, sugar and fat. I hope I keep it up til the big day.
I made this a big plate of chicken salad last week. It has shredded chicken, spinach, spring mix lettuce, nectarines, avocado in a light raspberry and pomegranate dressing. It was light yet filling at the same time. Yum!
