Pork Bistek

Normally, Filipino Bistek of Bistek Tagalog is cooked with thinly sliced beef. But since I didn't have beef in my fridge, I opted for pork chops instead. Still came out very delicious especially served with steamed white rice.

Here is a Filipino Bistek recipe I found on youtube. Try it. It's good!
