Garlic Pot Roast

It was my first time making pot roast and it was a success!!! I stuffed a 3 lb beef chuck with lots of garlic cloves. Then, I rubbed it with little salt and pepper and did a quick sear on a hot pan 4 minutes on both sides until it gets a nice crust. I placed it in a baking pan and added 2 cups of beef broth then roasted it in a 350 degree oven for 4 hours. It came out soft and tender! Yum!
