Thai Green Curry Chicken and Salmon.

Kiko and I went grocery shopping at Trader Joes last week and picked up their Thai Green Curry Simmer sauce. You can pour it on any meat to make an instant dish. Gosh, it's so delicious. It has green curry, coconut, lemongrass and other stuff.

Here are the 2 dishes I came up with using the sauce.

Chicken and Potatoes. I pan seared chicken drumsticks, thighs and potatoes, poured the sauce with chicken broth, cover then let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until cooked all the way through.

Baked Salmon. I poured the sauce on top of the salmon and baked it in the over for 20 minutes. Can't get easier than that!

I really like it and will definitely repurchase. I like how it's not too spicy and it's packed with so much flavor.

Have you tried it before?

Nice post. But I do think you get much better results when you make your own paste. I have blogged on making your own red curry paste. http://caroleschatter.blogspot.co.nz/2011/11/how-to-make-proper-red-curry-paste.html It is a bit of work but the results speak for themselves

I've only tried the red one but didn't like it, I should try this one the next time I go to TJ :)
