Kiko went fishing with a friend last month and came home with 4 trout that he caught. Well, it's more like his friend caught all of them and gave it to him ^_^. Just look how fresh and pretty they are!
I let Kiko clean and skinned the fish. I didn't even wanna touch them. Too slippery for me lol.
I stuffed it with chopped tomatoes with garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice, then baked in the oven for 20 minutes. It came out pretty tasty. However, we spent too much time picking out the bones, it's not even funny ugh!
