Lunch: Sotanghon Guisado

My aunt cooked Sotanghon Guisado for lunch yesterday. It's a Filipino noodle dish made from cellophane noodles, chicken, chicken liver, annatto water, which gives it that beautiful yellow color (annatto powder with water) and lots of roasted garlic. My aunt added some dried black mushrooms, hydrated in water (tenga ng daga).
