Chipotle Pork Carnita Bowl

This is my first time trying Chipotle, a gourmet Mexican fast food, and I love it! I can't believe I've never had it before. There's one down stairs from my job and I see it all the time. I don't know why I waited this long to try it. Oh wait, I know why. The long line always discouraged me to go inside lol. There's always a huge line of people waiting whenever I go. I only get 30 minutes of lunch break and that's not enough time. I always end up at the food court or YogurtLand which is across the street lol.

I had their Carnita Bowl with all the fixings I wanted. Shredded Pork (Carnitas), lime/cinlantro rice, roasted corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. It was bomb! It's fast food, but fresh and real. The meat tasted real and not processed and the fixings was fresh, not old and soggy. I especially loved the lime-cilantro rice. I should get it by itself next time. Oh and I also love how the guy who fixed my bowl was very generous with the portions...yeeeaahh!

I also got their fresh Guacamole with fresh Tortilla chips. The Guacamole was pure Avocado with a little bit of cilantro and red onions. Perfection.  And The chips had a hint of lime in it...I like.
