I made Turkey Melt last night and Filipino Torta the night before. Filipino Torta is like a meat pancake/omelette. Usually made of ground beef cooked in garlic, onions and tomatoes, then mixed with eggs and then cooked on a non stick pan like a pancake or omelette. It's really easy to make and super delicious. It's best eaten with rice and in my case, ketchup! It's so much better with ketchup ^_^.
Turkey Melt was pretty easy to make. Cook the turkey patty and make a sandwich and add cheese and grill it on a hot pan until brown.
