The night before Kiko's birthday, I decided to make a Chicken-Shrimp Salad and Avocado Sandwich It has everything he loves...chicken salad, shrimp, avocado and bread!
First, I made the chicken salad with shredded chicken, chopped green apples, mayo, salt and pepper, then placed on top of toasted sliced wheat bread.
Second, I sauteed the shrimp in minced garlic, shrimp brains and salt and pepper and placed on top of the chicken salad.
Third, I added chopped avocados on top.
Last, I added another toasted wheat bread on top for a beautiful sandwich!
It may look like too much, but trust me, it's really good! Kiko loved it!
