Homemade Chicken Enchiladas

I made Chicken Enchiladas for dinner one night. I was inspired by ItsJudyTime's Enchilada video on youtube. It looked so good that I wanted to make it for myself. I tweeked to my own liking though since I didn't have some of the ingredients she had.

The chicken mixture for the filling had cheese, beaten eggs, a little bit of enchilada sauce, onions and tomatoes.

I made Guacamole to put on top of the enchiladas.
