Right after I finished cooking, Kiko and I realized that this is our first home cooked "Mexican meal" ever since I moved in. I've been cooking mostly "ulam" or dishes you can pair with rice or pasta. It's not like I planned it that way. I just never included tortillas in my grocery list until now.
The burrito consisted of white rice, pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lime juice), ground beef and potatoes cooked in a little tomato paste and spices like chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and oregano, all wrapped in warm flour tortilla. It was delicious and very filling.

I like to eat it with Tapatio and a dollop of sour cream.
